Why the company exists
Most operational software failures are not engineering failures. They are scoping failures: a process nobody wrote down, a specification agreed verbally, and a build that drifts until it is abandoned or replaced. The company was set up to do the documentation first and the engineering second.
Clients get a UK-registered counterparty, a written specification before a quote, and their own source code, infrastructure and documentation from day one. That is the whole proposition. There is nothing else behind it.

Governance and compliance
- Data protection. The company acts as a data controller for its own business contacts and, on client engagements, ordinarily as a data processor under a written data processing agreement.
