A fixed-fee discovery. We document the current process, where it fails, what it costs and the measurable outcome you want. The output is yours whether or not we go on to build anything.
Architecture, data model, integration points and interface decisions recorded in writing with the trade-offs stated. Decisions are not settled verbally and lost.
Delivery in short increments against the agreed specification, with working software demonstrated at each one. Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation sit in your repository from the first commit.
Support, monitoring and change under a defined service agreement, or a clean handover to your own team with the documentation and access needed to run it without us.
We select the stack to fit the problem and the client's ability to maintain it after handover. Choosing something the in-house team cannot support is a failure, not a technical preference. Where a capability is not held in-house for a particular engagement, that is stated in the proposal rather than discovered later.
We will not quote a build before the process is documented. We will not recommend a platform we cannot support. We will not hold a client's source code, credentials or infrastructure as a commercial lever.
If the right answer is an off-the-shelf product and a week of configuration, that is the answer you will get.
